María Jiménez Ibaceta
Biography
María has 20 years of experience in the education sector, collaborating in various public entities such as the University of Cantabria and the Ministry of Education of the Government of Cantabria, as well as in several national and international technology consulting firms (Ayesa, Atos, etc.).
Specialized in project management, distance education and teaching content generation, she uses the means and resources provided by technology to guarantee efficiency, quality and user experience. Always seeking to incorporate new solutions, tools, methodologies and opportunities in a constantly evolving field.
Since 2021 she has been developing her main activity as Head of Contents and Programming of the Education & Capacity building Area of this institution, being focused on the launch and development of IHCantabria’s Training, Education and Lifelong Learning Strategy, in line with the values of the Institute itself, as well as with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the strategic framework for the European Education Area.
