Luis Carlos Lorenzo Morales
Biography
Luis Carlos Lorenzo Morales is a civil engineer from the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, with specific training in water resources master’s degree from the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. He has developed his professional activity in the field of hydraulic and hydrological modeling, analysis and execution of supply and sanitation networks, specifically in the Center for Hydraulic and Hydrotechnical Research of the Technological University of Panama and private companies. He is currently part of the Hydraulic Engineering group of IHCantabria where he participates in national and international projects.
