Biography
In 2003 he obtained his degree in Civil Engineering from the ETSICCP of Santander, Universidad de Cantabria.
From 2003 to 2017, he worked in several companies in the construction sector, occupying the positions of Production Manager of Structures and Site Manager. During these years he participated in the construction of more than 30 works, in different Spanish regions and different specialities such as building, roads, hydraulic works and bridges, managing budgets of up to 35 M euros.
In 2017 he was certified as a PMP, and joined the Environmental Hydraulics Institute of Cantabria (IHCantabria) as a Planning Engineer, in charge of project planning and monitoring, implementing the MS Project Server tool in project management.
