He has developed his studies at the Universidad de Cantabria: DipHE in Mining Engineering, PGCert in Environmental Engineering and Master in Environmental Engineering. With more than fifteen years of experience in hydraulic and environmental engineering, he has participated in many projects and scientific publications.
His work has been oriented mainly towards the research lines related to watersheds integral management, and especially regarding fluvial floods, their definition, evaluation and proposal of risk mitigation alternatives. He has also specialized in the development of drainage, supply and sanitation systems plans, mainly focusing on Hydraulic Engineering.
