Biography

Grégoire Dufermont is a Water and Environment Engineer at Ecole National du Genie de l’Eau et de l’Environnement de Strasbourg, France (2019-2023). There, he developed skills in all aspects of water, wastewater and drinking water treatment and networks, water related risk management, inland aquatic ecosystem management, etc.

In his last year of engineering, he completed a double degree at the University of Cantabria (2021-2022), where he obtained a Master’s degree in Integrated Management of Water Systems, with the aim of focusing more on coastal ecosystems.

At the end of 2023, he joined IHCantabria in the Coastal Ecosystems group, where he is dedicated to the development of species distribution models.
