DELIA REGUEIRA
Biography
Delia Regueira is a technologist in the Ports and Coastal Infrastructures Group of IHCantabria. She has a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of A Coruña (2019) and a Master in Coasts and Ports from the University of Cantabria (2021).
She has experience in the field of physical modeling in the laboratory performing stability tests, study of overtopping flows in port structures, analysis of the behavior of fenders and joints in floating docks and also analysis of moored ship behavior. Currently, he is part of the IHCantabria team since October 2021, where he focuses his work mainly on numerical modeling for the analysis of port agitation, port infrastructure design and the interaction of the sea with the coast, as well as physical modeling through his participation in projects focused on predictive maintenance and stability of infrastructure in the face of climate change.
