CASSIA ROCHA POMPEU
Biography
Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the State University of Maringá, Brazil, and Master degree in Environmental Sanitation from Ghent University, Belgium (funded by VLIR-UOS program), focused on water-related topics.
She is currently an early stage researcher at the Continental Ecosystems group. She is developing her PhD thesis as part of the program Euroflow, an Innovative Training Network (ITN) funded by European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 765553.
Her research is focused on the effects of dams and reservoirs in river ecosystems and environmental flows.
