Biography

Stefano is a technologist in the Marine Climate and Climate Change Group since November 2020. He is involved in the realization of international projects within the field of climate and meteo-ocean services prevalently for wind farms.

After completing a Master in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Genoa and having worked for companies in the energy sector, he continued his training with the Master in Renewable Energy in the Marine environment (REM) thanks to an Erasmus Mundus scholarship. This opportunity allowed him to study at several European universities (University of Strathclyde, University of the Basque Country, Ecole Central de Nantes) and finally to complete his Master’s thesis at IHCantabria. He is currently enrolled in the PhD program in Coastal Engineering, Hydrobiology and Management of Aquatic Systems (IH2O).
