Biography
Bachelor’s in Business Management and Administration at the Universidad de Cantabria, he has worked as European Projects’ assistant, financial controller and European Affairs Agent in several institutions in Cantabria region, among which it is worth mentioning the European Affairs General Department of the Government of Cantabria (Europe Direct Cantabria), The Regional Office in Brussels and The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Cantabria and also at the Technical Office of Interreg Sudoe Program held in Cantabria.
His professional career has been involved in the specialization of European Affairs since nearly 14 years reporting to the enterprises and institutions of Cantabria about several European policies related with the fields of employment, social affairs, enterprise, environment and regional policy. He has been working nearly 11 years managing European projects in the fields of research, innovation and environment.
Since 2015, he is part of the Administration Area at IHCantabria collaborating in the elaboration, managing, administration and the financial-administrative certification or European projects in the fields of research and capacity building that belongs to different European programmes.
