AMAIA ANGULO
Biography
Amaia Angulo Rodeles has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology by the University of Navarra, a Master by Research in Ecology and Environmental Management by the University of York (United Kingdom) and she has a PhD in Environmental Biology by the University of Navarra. Her PhD thesis analyses the impacts of dams in river basin connectivity and Iberian freshwater fish populations. During the PhD she stayed at the Zoological Society of London (United Kingdom) where she analysed the conservation status of Iberian freshwater fish species using different indicators.
She has participated in different national and regional research projects and she has experience in freshwater fish sampling, the study of river fragmentation, hábitat suitability modelling and salmonid ecology.
