Alisée Chaigneau
Biography
Alisée Chaigneau obtained a degree in marine science from SeaTech Engineering School in Toulon, France. She has a 3-year experience (PhD) in physical oceanography at Mercator Ocean International in Toulouse, France, during which she worked on the production and analysis of extreme sea levels along the coasts of western Europe until 2100. She joined IHCantabria in June 2023 for a 2-year post-doctorate position on the estimation of high coastal water levels induced by tropical cyclones and associated coastal impacts (flooding and erosion).
