Biography
Graduate in Labour Relations and Employment from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He is specialised in HR Management from Cornell University.
His professional experience begins in 2005 in a civil engineering company in Tenerife (Canary Islands) where he holds the position of Administrative Director for 8 years, developing tasks in the field of human resources management, financial and tax administration of the company.
In 2013, he moved to Santander and started working at the Institute of Environmental Hydraulics of Cantabria (IHCantabria) in the Management of Agreements and Projects of the National R&D Plan. During this time he developed his professional activity in the recruitment and management of relevant national research calls, complementing this activity with project management and parameterisation of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV tool.
At the beginning of 2023 he joined the Economic Management and Human Resources Unit of IHCantabria as a specialist in HR management, taking charge of the tasks of design, management and coordination of strategic plans for HR.
