With this agreement, the three entities begin a stage of cooperation that aims to position Cantabria as a benchmark in technological solutions for emergency management, and as an example of transfer and public-private collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of the Complementary Marine Science Plan &#8211; ThinkinAzul and its technology transfer project &#8220;Cantabria Smart Litoral&#8221; (CSL), IHCantabria and Netboss joined their resources in the development of a Proof of Concept of an integrated technological solution and the formalization of a business model for its commercialization. Dona Global joined as a perfect ally, contributing as a consulting firm specialized in the port market.<\/p>\n<p>This agreement combines the contribution of the three entities in their areas of expertise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>IHCantabria<\/strong>, as a public research center, with extensive experience in environmental and hydraulic modeling, will provide its <strong>IHTESEO<\/strong> software for modeling pollution drift, and provide a scenario to enable emergency management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NETBOSS<\/strong>, as the developer of Kairos365FSM, will adapt its platform to the digitization of the emergency plans that are activated in these accidental spill situations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DONA GLOBAL<\/strong>, a consulting firm specialized in maritime-port logistics and process optimization in complex environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For IHCantabria, the new integrated solution will allow its IHTESEO software to better enter the market, reaching a level of technological maturity for commercialization. This agreement represents a new technology transfer channel and will serve as a model for other developments and technologies of the institute. &#8220;Knowledge transfer applied to society is one of IHCantabria&#8217;s main missions.
