OLIVER LEGARRETA
Biography
Oliver Legarreta GarcÃa has a degree in Physics from the University of Cantabria, having completed one of the years of his degree at the Université de Bordeaux. The final thesis of the degree was done with the Advanced Computing team of the IFCA, which deals with the use of machine learning techniques and satellite images for fire monitoring. After finishing his degree he joined the Hydrodynamics and Coastal Infrastructures Group of IHCantabria as a project technician. His main activity is focused on the development of codes and use of numerical models for relevant research projects.
