Biography

Natalia Sampedro Carral is BEng in Civil Engineering and MEng in Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Cantabria.

Her main areas of work are related to integrated watershed management; flooding risks, particularly focused on analysis of flood risks in fluvial systems and design of flood mitigation measures; and analysis of supply and sanitation systems and waste water management.

Currently, she works in in the Hydraulic Engineering Group of the Environmental Hydraulics Institute (IHCantabria) taking part on national and international projects.
